We are extremely satisfied with how Specialty Roofers and Mike Miller has taken care of our roofing needs! Just after Hurricane Ivan hit in September 2004, we found that we had pretty significant roof damage. Shortly thereafter (less than a week), Mike knocked on our door and said that he had just moved his roofing company from Ohio to the Niceville area and was prepared to take care of replacing our roof just as soon as our insurance was ready. We had an adjuster arrive a few days later who cleared the way for the insurance. Within 3 weeks after Ivan, Specialty Roofers had replaced our roof, as well as two others across the street. We were so pleased! Many houses in this area were "blue roofed" for several months, so we greatly appreciate what Specialty did for us. Since then, Mike and his company has responded to our various roof issues, and has always done that under "warranty" conditions!
