Top notch windows vand excellent service technicians

I called for some info and help to fix my sliding glass door and never heard back.

I just had them out for fixing up a bay window with new trim and making it more stable. I mistakenly had answered a marketing call that was a nice older gentleman and I asked him about the trim. He checked into for me and I was comfortable with the sales guy that came out. My job only took a little over a day and looks perfect. Even the chalk around the trim is lined up perfectly. They did a great job and resonably priced. I think the man who did the work, Mike, was excellent and professional. I want them out to do more work.

Windows plus was there for me! No other company would come out for just one window, but they did and went above and beyond! Thank you Larry my sales specialist. The Work was quality!

Don't believe the gimmicks - we purchased these windows over 10 years ago with many promises of the windows being warrantied for 50 years - no surprises, no fees, totally transferable, etc. However, after a few years I called to get help because one of the window locks was broken and it was $50 trip fee, but they could send me the part at no cost and I could fix it myself. Ok done. Fast forward a few more years and I call because the $5000 sliding glass door I purchased no longer wants to open and close due to the rollers going bad because the door is so stinking heavy, and now the parts aren't covered and they are $38 each, and if I want someone to come and install them for me it is an additional $65. Nothing in the contract I signed said any parts were not covered, nor did it mention anything about any trip fees. I would expect more since we paid over $20,000 cash for the windows when we purchased them for our home.
