Farrell was great. From quote to finish. Quote was comparable to 2 others we got. Re-roof completed in 1 day. Great team. Great clean-up. They are worth the wait we had. I talked to gentleman at a business we were dealing with and he even said Ferrell was the best. They had done a roof at his business. Highly reccommended.

Farrell did an amazing job from Dustin the salesperson, to the office staff , and finally the installation crew! We had 6,000 square foot of shingles installed in one day! The installation crew worked till dark to complete job and didn’t leave a single piece of material behind! We had a downpour the next morning -so glad our roof was completed. Definitely will recommend to all our family & friends!

If I could give a zero star I would. This has been the absolute WORST customer service and experience I have EVER had. Starting with the beginning. Roy came to my home and gave me an estimate for my 300 sq ft. flat roof. His estimate came to $1,800 plus wood replacement. When I asked what the possible highest amount the wood replacement could cost he told me $150-$200 for the size of my flat roof. Totaling $2,000 for the highest. Roy did not let me know he was here, I found out by hearing him walk on my roof. (I work from home so I am always here). Then I call to schedule them to come out and replace my roof. My appointment was for 4/1 @ 8:30am. Alicia from their front desk, called me on 4/1 @ 8:47am to tell me they were not coming that day “due to weather” which the weather was beautiful. So we rescheduled for 4/3 @ 7:30am. On 4/2 @ 3:30pm Alicia called again to tell me the crew was 45minutes away, not making sure if it was okay with me or not, because they had a job too big on 4/3 to come then. So then the crew to drop off supplies gets here and drops it off in my driveway without letting me know. Then the crew to do the replacement shows up and I hear the thumping, finding out they were starting without letting me know, once again. The crew did not properly display the permit until I had to tell them too. They did not place my gutter back how it was found. Nor the wires on the outside of my home. The third crew came back on 4/3 to finish the job, they were actually pleasant and let me know they were here. BUT did not let me know when they were finished. I then get a call from Alicia to go over my total with me. The total came to $2,209.00. My issue with this was Roy as I meantioned told me $2,000 was my highest possible cost. I asked to speak with the manager, she had to call me back. Tina (the manager) called me back, starting with an attitude, told me she would reduce my price by a whopping $40. That was fine with me. I then asked if she could take my payment over the phone, she told me my total was $2,255.76 after the 4% convenience fee. I told her i was not aware of that fee. She told me it was placed in the contract. I then got out my contract in which states there is a convenience fee, but does not state what percentage. Again, fine by me. What was not fine with me is how she went on to tell me I was lying about what Roy told me, because her “boys” would never do that. While screaming at me and talking over me. Telling me if I cannot afford it I shouldn’t have had it done, it’s not her problem, I’m a liar, and hung up on me. When I called back Kris answered the phone, she was pleasant and professional. Although, Tina speaking VERY inappropriately about me in the background was not. Kris gave me the information of where I go to make my payment. I REALLY wish I would have listed to the reviews about bad customer service, them leaving trash around and disrespecting people’s homes and property. I will be sure to never use them again and to ALWAYS continue to share my experience with everyone I come across.

Farrell Roofing has a great staff! I was referred to them by my in-laws as they were so happy with their roof replacement and how fast they completed it. They were helpful and friendly throughout the process of getting a roof replacement quote and completely replacing my roof. I have a large single story home and they knocked out the job in one day. They came with a full crew ready to go at 8:30 AM and were gone just before dark. They had someone come out the next day to inspect the property for any leftover debris and cleaned anything left behind. We are so happy with our new roof and their good customer service, that I have scheduled an appointment to get quoted for more services to my home; outdoor painting, kitchen remodel, and screen enclosure remodel. If there is a service they don’t provide, they will try and refer you to the right company or contractor. Thanks Farrell Roofing.

Love this company!!! They not only give great service but they make sure to check back to see that you are very happy with the work that was done . They are a wonderful company that i would refer to anyone that needs any work done. Honest, loyal, trustworthy, and a hard working company!!! If i could rate them more stars i would.
