Addendum: for weeks we have been waiting for the bathroom vent/fan add-on to be completed. There have been many phone calls and excuses. Overall this has been very frustrating. The roof looks great but the run around is disappointing to say the least. We were referred to Mitchell and Sons by a co-worker who had roof repairs done, and have been very pleased. Ryan was very professional when he came out for our quote and presented all of the materials that would be used. We were provided with literature, insurance documents, and a competitive quote that was less than what we were expecting. Within a week a crew was working on the roof. The roof was replaced as well as all of the roof vents. We also opted to add a bathroom vent fan and Mitchell and Sons organized the installation, sending a professional and personable crew who did the job quickly. Our new roof looks so good! Overall we are very happy with everything and would definitely recommend Mitchell and Sons.

Met with Ryan, very knowledgeable on the project, helped me understand the steps I needed to take on a real estate deal! Edit: I’m sure they are great, but I cannot trust a company who stands over my shoulder telling me exactly what to write for a review. Which is what Ryan did. Not cool. The above is what I was told to write verbatim. Ryan was there to give the property owner an idea on what the roof would cost on a house I was buying. I just so happened to pull up while he was still there. He did seem knowledgeable, and he was nice enough to talk me through the process of everything. I cannot, however, completely trust a company who asks you to write a review for them in front of them. Makes me wonder if the other reviews are for real or not.

No hassle with estimate, instead provided a decent bid they stood behind. Crew showed up early & got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Other roofing companies either wouldn't return calls or could not come out for two weeks...so they said. Mitchell & Sons actually answered the phone, scheduler returned call same day to set up time. Project completed one day after bid. Don’t bother with other companies, use Mitchell & Sons.

Ryan came out to give us a quote and was on time, very professional and answered all of our many questions. Very refreshing after calling 5 roofing companies in the area, and Mitchell and Sons was the only company to even call me back, and they had someone come out within the week. Will definitely use them moving forward for our roofing needs

Mitchell and Sons just completed re roofing my shingle roof, flat roof, and Florida room. They were very professional, polite, and clean. After the install I had my inspector complete a 4 point and wind mitigation inspection. the inspector stated it was a very clean job with upgraded material. I am ecstatic with the results and would recommend them to anyone. Also there bid was very competitive.
