Excellent service! I needed someone to take a look at a leak issue. Turns out I didn't need a roofing repair at all, but Drew took the time to figure out what was causing the leak and went so far as to tell me what I can do to fix it myself. When I do need a new roof in 8 years or so, I will definitely come back to Townsend!

Great company doing great work! Got my roof replaced on August 1, 2018 and the roof looks great. We had a real hard working crew of 7 guys that completed the whole job in one day (i don't think it's typical because two of my neighbors got it done in 2 days). The next day foreman spent about 6 hours cleaning up and inspectin the work. We are happy with the quality of work and care taken while on site.

Extremely well, from original inspection until payment upon completion, Townsend Roofing went above and beyond the norm as follows. Original inspection conducted during heavy downpours and Drew attempted to temporarily repair existing leak, caulking the leaking roof valley. I measure companies by how they resolve problems. Again, they were superior, responding to my specific concerns which involved Martin performing an additional inspection of a soffit area and Javier repairing a leak from an underlayment nail lodged between roof planking. Finally Martin and Drew teamed up to perform a water test to locate a pinhole lead between roof edge and patio cover. Overall, excellence.
