I was kept informed of the entire process of the new roof. The crew was on time, and care was taken to protect my lawn, many shrubs, plants, and flowers. The new roof is excellent! The crew cleaned up, picked up, swept up everything. These guys made the best of a really bad situation for me. I just bought a house and it turns out the new roof on it did not have any ventilation for the attic. I called Quality Roofing because my neighbor across the street recommended them. The sales consultant was very respectful. He gave me several options and thoroughly explained my roofing situation. He didn’t try to up sell me on expensive options. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Exactly the kind of business I expect from any company but rarely get. He originally told me that it up to 1-2 weeks to get someone out to do the repair, but he said he would talk to his staff to get me on the schedule since my son is due to be born around that time. A very nice lady spoke with me on the phone only 3 days after that and assured me someone would call me soon. Within the hour I got a call from Jason, a very respectful and professional guy. He told me that he was sending a tech out to see what materials he would need to do the job. I arrived home from work about an hour later and the guy was already finished! He even painted the new vent to match my roof! He showed me how it operated, instructed me on maintenance and gave some pointers about an existing issue he noticed on my roof and how to quickly and easily fix it. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was more expensive than I thought it’d be, but I’m not familiar with roofing costs and I honestly am very satisfied with the completely hassle-free experience I had with Quality Roofing Solutions! These guys rock!
