Needed our entire roof replaced and got quotes from several companies with prattco being the best quote. Everything from start to finish was seamless in the process. Had some issues with a leak due to a bad storm that blew a tarp off so it wasnt fault of the roofers. Stan the owner personally came out to check on the roof and took a care of the issue without question. The roof looks amazing and could not be happier with the end result. plus they took lots of pictures to show what they replaced and what was damaged which I like. Will definitely use again and continue to call them for any issues.

Neighbor had a roof started and, they're machine messed up, but was still placing panels, bad panels till ower.caught them and made them take them all off. 250,000 dollar house and still has blue tarps call himself a Christian ,and pulls this kind of stuff,I worked For him years ago and he never paid me $5000 for a job I completed

They showed up on time, answered all of my questions, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and the result looks amazing. The office staff is kind and helpful. I even asked for a special designer shingle color that they were able to give me at no additional cost. They did not charge me for any wood replacement. The quote that was given was the price I paid. My roof was damaged by Hurricane Irma but did not need it replaced right away so I waited until the spring. I called a number of roofers and at least half did not even call me back. The owner of Prattco, Stan, returned my call within a day or so and came out to give me an estimate within the next day or two after that. I did get two other estimates from local roofers and although Prattco's was the best the others were not that far off. Even if Prattco's price was not the best I most likely would have chosen Prattco because of the prompt response and professional way my questions were answered and the contract negotiated. The roofing crew came out, did the job in two days, and provided an excellent cleanup of the area. The roof looks great and it was a pleasure dealing with Prattco. When I went to drop off the check at Prattco's office they had an envelope all prepared which contained the inspector's approval of the job, waiver of lien, warranty, etc. Very professional.
