CAVAET EMPTOR: (Buyer Beware) I asked this company to give me an estimate to sheet rock (over the existing wall) & paint a 140 sq. ft. room in my home. The price I received was $10,800....yes Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars. This estimate is 700% to 900% higher then the best estimate I received. Be smart & take your time shopping around when having work done on your home. You will save plenty of money by comparing contractors. BTW, I had the job completed for $1600 & the guy did a beautiful job.
