I’ve experienced a TOTAL LACK of customer service. I purchased a home with a Regency Roof, and a valid Warrantee in place. I noticed a leak during September or October and immediately called and left a message, as well as sending a registered letter (as per their warranty requirements). Since then I have left several voice messages asking for assistance. Finally a representative came out once I got someone on the phone. He informed me that he needs to get the owner to have a look because this was apparently a problem area in the past, and they will get back to me. It’s December, and many messages later, I still haven’t heard from the owner. No Phone call, No email, No message of any kind.
I am being forced to seek legal advice.
