While selling my home, the buyer home inspector found an issue with our roof. There was an aggressive closing schedule and I had just less than two weeks to get the repair. I called Dutch's roofing and explained my situation and urgency. They asked me to send some photos and a copy of the report. This was on a Tuesday. I scheduled to have someone come out on Friday for estimate. But, they come out on Thursday to do the repair. A total unexpected and very welcome surprise. The repair work was spot on. This level of customer service is rarely found. I couldn't recommend this company enough.

They were courteous and prompt. My only complaint was that I was told they would take pictures after the damaged wood was removed so I could see what damage had occurred. They only took photos after the wood was replaced.

long story short, the owner is vulgar and a racist. Arrived 1 hour late at my doorstep, blaming his secretary for giving the wrong time. He continued with dropping F bomb and all kind of vulgar words. He must have learned them from his late mother, which he talked about during the conversation for absolutely no reason. He was mad cause I mentioned that our phone call was being recorded, what a self centered human being. Instead of operating like successful service providers where they usually call their clients to notify them about their inspection’s results, his secretary asked me to call him. Lastly, he asked me to get back to my “ corrupted country”. Lol I do not recommend dealing with them, and I deeply feel sorry for the owner. Must be hard being skeptical and a vulgar 50 years old. Dutchs roofing immediately called me when I requested a roofer for a roof leak on home advisor. Donald came out promptly & thoroughly checked my roof. He found no leaks & suggested getting a plumber for water leak. He was very professional & didnt try selling me anything. I would definately recommend them & will use them if I need a new roof or repair in the future!

Water spots appeared on my family room ceiling because the flat roof over it needed repair. Donald came out and with his crew did the repair. I feel confident in the results and will call Dutch’s Roofing next time I need work done.
