Cracked tile, back porch slab broken into 3rds, can see every drywall seam, walls that arent square, tile grout all fell out in master bath, bad carpet and stretch, island out of square, none of the double door units work, most of the windows are off balance, the well casing depth isn't as deep as I was told, jacuzzi tub pipe broke due to installation, all of this within the first year. Problem is I knew this person and still got screwed. I'm not so sure the slab was put on the right type of foundation. It was built on sand from my backyard. I came home and there was a hole the size of a swimming pool where they were removing fill dirt. Next thing I know they scrape an acre of my bahiagrass which took a year and a half or two or three to grow back and put it in the hole. Then once all the rain washed it in now I have a big gigantic hole in the backyard the size of a swimming pool. Looks like a water retention Pond back there. I could go on and on. My grandparents house that's 70 years old is in better shape than this one.
