They did a good job on the roof. 1 problem is they did not cut the opening for the ridge vent to leave hot air out of the attic.I had to call them 4 times to get someone out to look at it.There is only about 1/8" gap for hot air to escape from the attic. I used to put roofs on and we always cut the ridge opening 2" on each side of the peak. Needless to say they will not make it right. They do not stand behind there work. Again the roof looks nice but dose not function the way it should. 👎👎👎on making things right. They did my neighbors roof and they cut a 2" opening on each side of the ridge the way it should be. They screwed up and will not fix it. Know I will have to hire a different roofer to fix their screw up. I am also taking pictures of my ridge vent and my neighbors ridge vent to show my lawyer and the BBB. Now I am wondering how they will stand behind their warrenty if anything else should happen.

They are extremely busy for a reason and still found time to get back to me, even if it wasn't immediately sometimes. The owners and Shanna in the office were very pleasant which is just so rare these days. So, thank you for seeing me through this process and leaving me with a beautiful roof!!.

What a great experience! Ive dealt with other roofing companies and they all have their issues. I guess its the nature of the business, but Shane and Shanna were both very polite and easy to work with. I understand how unpredictable weather and roofers in general can be. We had a great overall experience and would highly recommend if you want someone pleasant, who will stand behind their work. Thanks again.

After a slow start Greg took control of the project and got the job completed. A few issues but all in all very happy and satisfied with the project.

I was in the real estate business for many years and have used many roofing contractors. Quality First Roofing is my first 5 star! The young lady in the office was always pleasant and helpful. The staff and owner are very knowledgeable and actually courteous! Something so rare in construction. I had a great experience and have zero doubt that they would have made everything right if there had been an issue. Highly Recommend!
