Hise Roofing did an OUTSTANDING JOB with our roof!! We had a very difficult situation and they quickly came to our aid as quickly as they could, we just all had to wait a little due to the 2 weeks of the rain everyday that everyone had. Pedro and crew worked diligently through the extreme heat and a day and half later we ended up with a "BEAUTIFUL ROOF!" That is what our friends say, too! We live in another county. Hise did not have a problem with this at all, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM for your BEAUTIFUL ROOF, too!

ROOF LEAKS! After 6 months of them having installed a new roof it started to leak because they did not install kick out flashing. I now have damage to the roof sheathing and I had to patch it with tar on a brand new roof. They also do not keep enough air pressure in their compressor because I have nails that are pushing up on the shingles. Very unprofessional and sloppy job. Would not recommend.
No one answers the phone during business hours. Leave a message and no one calls you back. When you do get someone they tell you that they will get back to you. Still waiting on an estimate requested last week. Estimate was supposedly done yesterday, but still no response since I called this morning. Was told someone would call me back and discuss the estimate. Waited all day, 7: 30 on a Friday night and still no response. Their work may be good but their customer service is terrible. When you are in business the customer or future customer is your future. Good luck in your future, you may need it. I will choose a contractor that follows through. No excuses necessary.
