What a great experience i had with Apex !! Very polite and knowledgeable ! His crew worked very hard to get the job done ! I highly recommend them to do the job!!

After choosing the lowest estimate (big mistake )I contracted Apex to install a shingled roof, they sent out a two man crew and it took an unrealistic amount of time to complete the roof . Apex's two man crew slowly completing the work and after many days to complete they handed me a bill for an extra $3500 on top of the initial estimate of $7000. I showed Dave the owner a picture of the crocked shingles that his guys installed and my disagreement on the extra charges and the amount of time it took to complete . Dave basically had no realistic answer for any of my concerns. I don't feel that this company is honest and be aware of non justifiable extra charges.

I have called repeatedly for over 2 years to get you to come out to fix our roof leaks that were under warranty and have not received follow up calls or a visit from anyone to rectify the situation. The roof is now leaking and ruining the ceiling in my client waiting area. This is awful customer service. I am very disappointed.

The owner (Dave) is totally irresponsible. Failed to show when agreed and failed to call and cancel appointments.

Apex did a great job replacing my roof after the high winds blew off many of my old shingles. They quality of the workmanship was top notch. The dumpster was picked up in just a few days after the completion. The roof has been up for 4 months now and no more leaks anywhere. Even after the torrentail rains we had in SW Florida this year. The Foreman and owner both kept an watchful eye on the project until it was done to there and my satisfaction. You won't find a more honest and fair Roofer than these guys. They may not be the cheapest but they are the best. The old saying "You get what you pay for". They still gave me a very fair price for all they did for me. Thanks Dave and Chris
