I've used Blues Brothers now 5 times in the last 2 years - unfortunately my residence had several back-to-back issues with the roof that all required urgent attention and care. Fortunately, Blues Brothers was a fantastic vendor to complete the work. I had formerly used another roofing company who's work and ethics were extremely compromising - they did poor work, and chose not to stand behind it when things fell through. They were rude, extremely detached from customer service, and left me feeling totally stranded with real issues in my house. Then I found Blues Brothers, and not only did they pick up the slack left behind by the former company, they worked again and again to fix all the issues that my roof incurred from the non-stop rain, winds and other extreme weather of the past 2 years. Chris, the estimator, was extremely kind and diligent with his time assessing the issues, and would arrive at my residence promptly and with full availability to discuss the issues found. The repair teams were all superior - fixing the issues in a fast, but never rushed amount of time, and clear with communication on what could be expected, and what the remedy was once complete. Pictures were taken of each phase of the repair to ensure I felt comfortable with the work, and whenever I had a question Moncell in the office was professional and timely with her information, as well as ensuring I had what I needed to feel safely taken care of in her company's hands. I am grateful to have found Blues Brothers, and will continue to use them should an additional issue with my roof arise. I appreciate their true compassion for their customers, and the honest, integrity-filled approach they take. It is rare to find vendors of that caliber in South Florida - I'm holding on to this one!!!

I called earlier this week and spoke with Monsel and scheduled for someone to come out for next week. She was an absolute pleasure to speak with! I ended up calling back to cancel the appointment because I had someone come out the same day and fix it. She still answered the phone with same enthusiasm and was more than willing to help me even though my business was with another company. Honestly, had I not needed to leave last minute, I would have waited for them to come out! I will definitely be in touch if I have any new issues.
