Great experience with this company! Was looking to get my roof redone they came out right away for a free estimate and promptly started my roof! The new management seemed very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be telling family and friends! Thank you Campbell roofing!

Beware of this company! They’re a bunch of scam artists, starting with their owner Josh Campbell. They took a lot of deposits up here in Panama City and never performed any of the work. We worked for 2 weeks for this scumbag and he never paid us. I know at least 3 homeowners in Panama City that have retained lawyers. Brady Logan and his dad Mike Logan are also a bunch of liars, they’re tying to collect final payments for some jobs by submitting fake information. I have texts messages and recorded calls from the both of them. I don’t understand how companies like this one continue to operate by taking advantage of the people who have literally just lost everything.

Josh Campbell is a scam artist at his best! We signed a contract with campbell roofing in March 2018 to replace our roof from Hurricane Irma damage. During the tear off of our roof in May 2018, they caused over $30,000 in interior & exterior damage to our home while leaving our roof completely exposed during rainstorm. We were assured by multiple managers & Josh Campbell that our home would be repaired & that a claim was filed with his insurance company. During multiple conversations with managers & Josh Campbell we were told our tile was ordered. After more 6 months of not returning to our home, we found out a claim was never filed & they could never provide us with an order number for our tile. We met with Josh Campbell in person who told us this situation would be fixed. After a two week run around, he told us he would refund us the $21,000 we paid him & that his attorney would draw up a release. We continued to get the run around from both Josh Campbell & his attorney until we were told that Josh decided he didn’t want to refund our money. He abandoned our job, stole our money & continues to do this in Lee County & Florida Panhandle. He is a complete fraud & scam artist. Stay away from this company! Now he wants to file bankruptcy...what a joke!

Like other reviewers, I have been trying to work with the owner to get my roof replaced. In February 2018 (16 months ago), I gave him a deposit. 6 weeks ago they finally removed the shingles and put down the black felt. Since then nothing has happened, no calls for inspection, nor has he provided a timeline to complete the job. I'm at the mercy of the owner with Hurricane season starting tomorrow. Meanwhile, others on my street are getting their roofs torn off and replaced within weeks. Horrible situation to be in.

We are still waiting on Campbell Roofing to finish roofs at our Condo Association. They took our second deposit to buy shingles and install, but no shingles have arrived, it’s been over 2 months now! We are relying on felt paper to keep us dry as the felt continues to dry out. Owner will not respond to any correspondence. We’ve now had to retain a Lawyer to take legal action very soon. We are reading a lot more complaints like this on some of their many web sites! No one should have to deal with a company like this! States Attorney, BBB, etc have been given notice.
