I called Gold Coast roofing for our vacation home in Naples after hurricane Irma. Steve was quick to respond , excellent communication & very knowledgeable. He made us very comfortable with the process ,there was no high-pressure. All this after we had many contractors no show on us. The crew came out , finished our major repair in a timely manner . Jimmy managed The guys efficiently with quality as Imy husband was on the roof with him and showed him the process. The property was left clean . Gold Coast is by far the BEST/MOST professional roofing and concrete company, with outstanding customer service. I had my roof replaced on my vacation home in Naples, Florida. Throughout the progress, Steve (Owner) & Mike (Project Manager) kept me updated until the work was completed. The replacement of the roof was not inexpensive, but the work was by far the best! The exact score should be 4.5 stars. DeMarcus is an excellent project manager, he keeps us informed at every step. His team works well, they are professionnel and responsible. The half star missing concerns a lack when he did the estimate, he forgot a small part of the roof, he charged it $$$ during the work. Overall we are very satisfied and we strongly recommend Gold coast roofing.

Gold Coast came out and gave me a reasonable bid on getting my back patio repaired, repaved and stained. Jake was extremely knowledgeable, and friendly with great customer service. The bid came in as the middle guy, after going over bids from a few different companies, and much discussion with my wife. We decided to go with these guys, they did an exceptional job, with a speedy turnaround. I must say for the cost, customer service, and quality that our patio looks, We've been quit impressed.
