Boca res since 79 - I had Royal Palm replace my tile roof in 2000 and it’s still looks great also had them replace my moms roof in 2006 which recently needed a repair on the flat roof - Liz and her team handled ASAP - thank you

Believe the other reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They don't return calls or do the work they say they will do. I got sucked into working with them by warranty for work they did in order to close on the home by the previous owner. The leak is still present. I called several times. Impossible to get a hold of, then made excuses for missed appointments, promised to come back to fix the problem and never did. I called a new roofer because of the stains on the ceiliing of my newly renovated kitchen. The new roofer showed the job was not done to completion or properly. Please do not take a chance.

Do Not Use This Company! They Stole $8,000.00 Deposit on my roof and NEVER started!! Called numerous times.. Never got back to me .. Threatened legal action... never got back to me.. Sent a letter via Attorney. Still nothing. At this point it is going to cost me around the same to get it back if I did. They are disgusting. I would Never use them. I would not even recommend them to an enemy.

Unfortunately, I had the same experience as most of the other people reviewing this company. The only reason I didn't check the Reviews before hiring, is because this roofing company put on a new roof for someone in my family a few years ago and there were no problems, so I trusted the company would do the same for us. Nope. They were all too happy to take our deposit and promise to start the work as soon as they got the permit. Strangely, they never did get the permit (according to the City, anyway). However, the owner had no problem lying to us, telling us they had the approved permit and would start work right away. Needless to say, they never did start the work, and they are not returning phone calls or emails from us. My husband drove by their "office" and it looks abandoned. Seems like they are still open for business for taking customers' money, but don't expect them to do any work in exchange. BUYER BEWARE!!
