My experience with Tadlock Roofing was overall pretty good. They’re very fast, efficient, and they do excellent work. The customer service is good, and they do a fair job of keeping me informed on things. However, reasoning on not giving a full 5 stars is because on more than 1 occasion; I was told that my job was to be delayed because “my house isn’t big enough”. On the day of my re roof, the crew was late, with a no call inform to me. I called the supervisor, which they informed me that the crew didn’t want to do my job because my “house was too small”. They ended up getting a crew out there a couple hours later, and the they did a great job. But I just feel like that’s not something you tell a customer, not good business. Additionally, I’m supposed to get new gutters on my detached workshop on the property. It’s been over a week after the re roof, and I was informed that the delay in service is because once again “the jobs too small”. Essentially saying that my work is insignificant in the sense that they can’t be bothered with a quick turn around on the work because they won’t make “that much” money off of it. Again, bad business.... Overall I’m pleased with the work I’ve received so far, and overall it was a pretty smooth ride.

Absolutely outstanding! Came out same day for an estimate and made my job a priority for a house sale. Had the work finished in less than one week! Possibly the best customer service I’ve ever had and reasonable price! Highly recommend!!

They were sent by our insurance, but were extremely professional and knowledgeable - very pleased and trusted them. As for the work, there was damage to the ceiling drywall work from them plopping their gear on the roof, they did not repair it. And after work, they did not get all the refuse picked up, and I went through the yard twice finding all the roofing nails.

The crew finished our new roof in one day having to beat some incoming weather. They were prompt, courteous and clean with their work. I found only one nail after they cleaned up for the final time, which is pretty amazing. The pricing was competitive and the company really went to bat for us with our insurance company citing several items the adjuster did not put into his scope of work. That resulted in us getting the necessary additional funds to get the job completed correctly and more affordably. From start to finish Tadlock has represented themselves well and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

I had a wonderful experience with Tadlock Roofing! Mr. Nelson did a great job explaining the entire process. I really appreciated his time and patience. The roof looks great! The crew was respectful, thorough, and their clean up was amazing. I would highly recommend Tadlock!
