We are so lucky to have met Adam Avila, from Greentek Properties! Adam inspected our roof for wind damage after several storms came though our neighborhood! Sure enough, there was over 30% damage, in which case, Adam assured us that our insurance would cover the cost of a replacement minus our deductible! Adam was extremely helpful in the process of coordinating our roof replacement, as well as, answer questions and/or address our concerns throughout the entire process! Thanks to Greentek Properties, we have a beautiful new roof that will last for at least 20 years!

The sales rep Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable and communicated directly with our insurance company with filing the claim on our behalf. Due to the holidays, we had to assist with contacting the insurance company to expedite the claim. Once our claim was approved the roof was scheduled for replacement and the work was completed in 1 day. The work has been completed for 1 month and we are completing the closeout process with the insurance company and PHMC/Greentek Property Solutions.
