NEW ROOF THE NEW ROOF IS NOW COMPLETE. I COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED WITH THE RESULT THE ROOF STRUCTURE IS COMPLICATED (ENGLISH COTTAGE STYLE) WITH ALL MAIN PANELS AND DORMERS HIPPED AT A 12/12 SLOPE, A DOUBLE HIPPED ROOF OVER THE BALCONY ROOM AND HIPPED FINIALS AT THE LOWER CORNERS OF THE MAIN PANELS. THE SHINGLES (PRESIDENTIAL TL) REQUIRE CLOSE ATTENTION IN APPLICATION TO PRODUCE THE CEDAR SHAKE APPEARANCE. THE SUN COAST PROS DID THEIR JOB AND THE RESULT IS AWESOME. After hurricane Michael my wife and i were devastated, trees everywhere on the house with damage, we called Suncoast roofing and Eric j came out and set our minds at ease , he took care of all the insurance work which made in less stressful one less thing to deal with with all the damage from the hurricane , they came ripped off the roof we did a metal roof with a large variety of colors to choose from we chose it's pantina.i say sage .the installer Mike was awesome we became friends we had cars in common. It was great letting Sun coast deal with insurance. the job came out awesome we couldnt be any happier. Sun Coast rep Eric Johna showed up in my neighborhood right after hurricane Michael had torn most of my shingles off. He offered me great advice and a way to replace the shingles very quickly. I signed a contract and he did the rest. The roof, which is huge, was replaced in a few days with very professional quality. I am very satisfied with Eric and the whole process. If you are in need of a roof, I recommend them completely.

After the adjuster for my insurance company viewed the damage to the shingles on my roof after Hurricane Michael he said they would just replace the missing shingles. I called Sun Coast Roofing after I saw their ad in the News Herald and they sent Eric Johnsa out to survey the damage. Eric told me that I would need a new roof as the shingles were so brittle they would break if they just tried to patch He assured me that he would contact my insurance company and I wasn’t to worry about the insurance claim. I had no leaks and didn’t need the blue tarp so I did not have to worry about how long it would take as there were many homes worse than mine. Eric kept in touch and when I received the initial check from the insurance company I called him and he came out gathered up all the paperwork I didn’t have to worry he took care of everything for me. Eric is so knowledgeable and so professional. The work crew was very efficient and cleaned up the yard when they were through. I love my roof it is beautiful. Eric inspected the roof when the crew was through and told me what to expect from the city for a final inspection. I would and have referred Sun Coast Roofing and Eric Johnsa to people who have asked for recommendations. I would definitely use Sun Coast Roofing in the future and I would want Eric Johnsa as my salesman he is so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Having to manage through Hurricane Michael, has been quite challenging. We met Eric Johnsa about 1 week following the hurricane. He had stopped by our home from a neighborhood referral. He was very compassionate, kind, and up most professional. We decided to sign our roofing contract to Suncoast. Through out the entire process, we had assistance with our insurance, ALWAYS responded to our text messages and email promptly. I have never worked with a contractor professional such as Eric. He would be an awesome manager of sales and service. the roofing team were hard working, polite, meticulous with the clean up as well as covering our landscape. I was very impressed with the roof and how clean the lines are. I can't say enough positive things about Suncoast, we had the best experience.
