Very poor communication from this company. 2-4 days for response, if any. Called back 3 times for repairs and still a leaky roof. Asked for quote to replace roof, never heard from them again. Would not recommend wasting your money.

This company is a BIG joke. I had to make several calls for an estimate for gutter repair and after getting the run around for over a week. I was told that an appointment was schedule for today @ 4:30 p.m. guess what its 5:15 p.m. no call no show. I have never had such bad custom service for a company who pay their bills and employees by getting paid by me. I guess losing a value customer and not making profit is the new thing. S. Jackson.

Very good if you need any roofing done this is the best place to go for a good deal on a roof and best prices and a great job these are definetly tge people to call

I think any positive reviews here are fake. They took my deposit and didn’t return my calls for months. They took the roof off and left the house open to the elements for a very long time, and the property then needed thousands in mold remediation. The roof was actually installed, which was great, but they left the job site a complete mess. They also never bothered to close out the permit which made a sale blow up when I tried to sell the house. Communication was zero. This company is a complete disaster. Please avoid at all costs.

These people have taken my parents money and run! They completed a roof poorly and here we are maybe 6 months later its leaking ruining their dry wall. I am disgusted by their behavior. My parents took out a home loan to get a new roof and these people are absolute crooks. We have been calling and calling getting one excuse after another. Now they are paying payments on a reno loan for a roof that isn't installed properly for THOUSANDS of dollars and we cant complete the work that needs to be done inside due to these heartless crooks. Beware of using them unless you want incomplete work, and irresponsible contractors. They could care less and will feed you all kinds of excuses.
