For the work performed the price was exceptionally reasonable. They have a carpenter, a courteous crew, and Dave Torres was very helpful, informative & knew his business. We noticed a leak in our vaulted ceiling and I called Stephen Knuth with Quality Discount Roofing. He came out immediately to assess the situation and check the overall condition of our roof. Thankfully, we only needed a roof repair. Greatly appreciate their honesty. I think many companies could have tried to get a full replacement but QDR is all about customer service. Stephen had the repair team come out the following day and we received a quote for the repair work within 24 hours. As soon as we approved it they got us on the schedule for the very next day! Wow!
