Ortiz Roofing has done roofs on two houses for me. The first was on a house I was selling. I needed it done fast and they got everything done in a couple of days. The roof came out beautiful (even the building inspector was impressed). The second house was complicated because there were some unexpected findings. There were 2 layers of shingles, days of rain, and lots of rotted plywood that needed replacing. Through it all, Jose Ortiz kept his cool, kept me informed, and completed another beautiful roof.
