They stated would be out on 5/4/2018 to put our roof on. They completed it in one day and it looks fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone. Awesome job.

Competitive pricing and great work. I called at least eight companies for estimates and because they all offer different products and they all claim the products they use are the best it’s really hard to compare apples to apples. Wallace Roofing was not the cheapest or the most expensive but I felt confident they would do a great job. I talked to at least six or more neighbors and friends that used Wallace Roofing and everyone praised the companies work. The most frustrating issue in comparing companies was after doing my research I decided I wanted the fire and ice shield, all but two companies tried to talk me out of this underlayment. I knew I would receive an additional discount from my insurance company if I used the fire and ice underlayment due to wind mitigation but all of the other roofing companies told me it didn’t matter what underlayment I used, they said it wouldn’t affect the discount. When I asked the wind mitigation inspector he confirmed I would receive an additional discount if I used the fire and ice shield. It was only an additional $600 for the fire and ice underlayment but based on the additional discount on my home owners insurance I think it was well worth it. I did my homework, researched the products, read hundreds of reviews and feel confident in the products used and the workmanship done and highly recommend Wallace Roofing.

The roof replacement he did for us is a clear indication that he is a perfectionist and a craftsman who considers quality more important than speed. Jason and his wife both have great personalities, are easy to discuss ideas with and very customer service oriented. With the threat of Huricane Irma looming, I called to have a damaged shingle repaired. Not only did they make an appointment within two days, they arrived prepared to not only give an estimate but begin work immediately. While repairing the damaged area, additional areas were noted and repaired as well. Fair, honest, and professional, all of which are far to uncommon these days.
