I cannot recommend this company. Had a new roof installed last year. The crew was non-US and leave it at that. It was not a good experience and I questioned my choice to hire this company. ONE year later, I have a leak. The warranty rep says they are sending over someone who doesn't speak English. Unacceptable. Buyer Beware. Original Sales pitch was good from a local US person. Wish they would have told me, who I would really be dealing with.

Beware if your children when the dumpster delivery driver comes speeding down your street with no regard for those that live in the neighborhood. And for good measure the office barely seemed to care when we reported it. Will not support this company.

Overall a good experience. The installers and the office staff were great; however, my salesman (Craig Hancock) was not so great. He told us everything we wanted to hear when we signed, but then when things didn't go as promised and we threatened to cancel, work got back on track. We submitted the roofing invoice to our insurance company and the insurance company required additional information. When our insurance company contacted Craig, our adjuster stated that Craig told him the job was paid for and done and what he provided was good enough. Thank goodness for Shialine Payne in accounting. She helped us obtain a more detailed invoice to satisfy our insurance company. My only advice, if submitting to your insurance company, is to submit the unsigned quote to your insurance company for review and have Total Home Roofing update as deemed necessary by your insurance company and then sign the contract once the insurance company is happy with the breakdown of fees. Oct 2017 update I called on 10/02, 10/09, 10/11 & 10/16 to try to schedule a warranty repair. I can only get a voice mail and very rarely a live person. Total Home states they have a 24 hour repair guarantee. My roof is less than a year old and I still am trying to get it repaired. I understand we had a hurricane, but at least let me know when you think you can get me scheduled for a repair.

Perfect! Not only did they bid lower than all 4 other competitors, do a great job, provide an excellent warranty, on schedule but the crew was fantastic. They were polite to me and each other and this was during the heat of summer (July, when I kind of expect tempers to fly). I wish all my home projects went this well.

Terrible mistake to have hired this company. I will regret this for many years. Don't believe anything their sales rep tells you. The work was awful. They use unskilled migrant workers to do the work. The job was done very poorly from start to finish. I have to look at this every day when I walk around the house. Wish I had the money to have it all torn off and redone by skilled people who actually know what they are doing.
