Congratulations on new management and team! I want to share that Remi, Miguel, and Brianne make an awesome team and make things happen to make customers completely satisfied. They are hard working individuals with integrity. Initially we had problems but with the new team, we are very happy and appreciative. Thank you again and Wishing you much future success!

I have to say, Armadillo Roofing absolutely came through for us. We had a bad few months after Hurricane Michael. Out entire gable was missing and only tarps were protecting my family from the elements. They repaired and reframed the gable on our home, and put a brand new metal roof on in a matter of just a few days. They were timely both in getting us the material and in completing the work. Brianne and Miguel were a pleasure to work with, and were truly helpful in working with our mortgage company to get this work done. We are very satisfied with the quality of work, the service, and the speed with which they got our home taken care of.

If we could give a negative review for customer service we would. We were promised the job would be done in 5 weeks. Job was ordered in February (long before rainy and/or hurricane season). Our roof was completed during the week of April 22, 2019. It is now June 17th... Job started 8 weeks after contract was signed and we are still waiting on the company to make good on their promise to correct the lousy screw pattern they left us with. Friends have come by to visit and asked us why the company placed the screws the way they did. What can we say, other than we are still waiting for it to be fixed. The work crew was professional and did clean up after themselves. Unfortunately, they pounded so hard on our roof that they cracked the drywall (at the ceiling on all 4 walls) in our garage, put 4 holes in our bathroom ceilings and knocked down a vase of dry flowers. John ( who no longer works there) was courteous, apologetic and offered to hire a contractor to fix the damage. We told him we would prefer a discount on our final bill. Which he did. The sales people were very nice but once the troubles started they were not much help at all. Let me tell you, customer service does not exist after the contract is signed. All they can say is...was not here, I do not know what happened. Does not matter who was or was not here, the company should stand behind their promises. We have phoned the business office no less than 10 times and even showed up in their office this morning. They have given us every excuse and still can not get their stories right. They had ample time and funds to place our metal roof order (we paid 1/2 down) and a couple of days prior to them starting work we are asked if we would like to have panels instead of because the order was wrong. Supposedly the roofing material company messed up the order. It did not cost us anything, so we accepted. Then when it came time to screw down the panels they ran out of screws! Seriously, does not anyone review the order and double check the materials list? The roofers waited here for 3 hours while waiting on someone else to go and pick them up from Rockledge. Even after they got another bag of screw the project manager was told there wouldn't be enough to complete the pattern. Sadly, the subcontractor was ignored. Now they are telling me after our initial complaint about the roof not being atheistically pleasing as promised, they got the wrong color screws. Today we find out that the right screws have been in their offices for 3 weeks but due to weather they have not been able to come out and fix the problem. Surprise, surprise - just got a call from the office. The project manager should be dropping off the screws this afternoon (6/17) the crew should be here in the morning. We will believe it when we see it. Even if they do show up tomorrow, it does not change our review of this company. They didn't show up until Sat. 6/22/19 and neglected to tell the subcontractor what he was supposed to do. We had to stop him from leaving to get the job done. Both the sub and I called Miguel (project mgr.) and got his voicemail. The sub called an interpreter so we could tell him what was supposed to be done and he went right to work. The work ethics of the subcontractor throughout this whole fiasco was worlds better than anyone we've had the displeasure of working with at Armadillo. When it takes multiple calls, a surprise visit to the office and a complaint to BBB to get the work done satisfactorily shame on Armadillo. Their latest excuse - there was a personnel change. No matter what happens, the onus is on the company to fulfill their promise and deliver good customer service.

I know someone who paid them to do a metal roof on a house. They got half payment, about 3 months later a crew of men finally came to the house & tore off old roof. They're client ended up having to drive to the metal company and pay for the metal and have it delivered to the house, n order to get roof finished. Then to top it off they ended up HIRING some other guys (different company) to put the metal roof on! (Thankfully those guys got it on in 2 days. When city inspector came, Armadillo Roofing got red flagged for not having all the proper paperwork in window... The whole process took about 6 months, give or take a couple weeks! I call that ridiculous!

Fraudulently provided signed release of lien from owner that was then notarized. Assured me that all material was paid for, and then never paid the material supplier, who then put a lien on my property. Avoid this company!!!!!! Owner will not answer phone and does not return calls. I can understand someone getting themselves stuck in a hard place, but to not return a single phone call over months of requesting a call back is bs. Wish I could rate it at zero stars. The cash lost aside.... very disappointed that people willing to do this exist...
