Horrible service! I just had my whole roof replaced and I was proactive with the company as to where the dumpster would be placed during my new roof installation. I was assured by 3 different people, including a manager that that wouldn't be a problem. Come the morning of the install, they tell me there is no way they can put the dumpster where we had discussed. The foreman started yelling at me on the phone and threatening not to do my roof if it wasn't placed where he wanted it. A completely stressful situation that I had to manage, and completely unnecessary. In the end, the roof looks good, but the soffits are starting to fall out. THR no showed this morning, and when I called and spoke to the warranty department, he stated that they had a problem on another roof, so couldn't repair mine yet. While I asked if it's customary to inform a client who is waiting that they will have to reschedule, he said they are dealing with 300 projects, so they are really busy. So, I'm still waiting. :(

I recently had interactions with Total Home Roofing and their Sales Rep Jordan Cronlund. My roof was looking very neglected and I knew it was going to be time to get some items repaired. I held off for a few month but once I spoke with Jordan he educated me on the options I could entertain. I decided to sign and try to see if my insurance would cover the cost of a new roof replacement. It was a long shot but, Total Home Roofing couldn't have made it any easier. They provided genuine reassurance throughout the process and, ultimately, for the cost of my deductible I was able to get a new roof. I can't imagine the work completed on the back-end but as a customer, it felt easy and convenient. Thank you to the company, all the individuals in the back-end and Jordan for helping me out. Since then, I've referred two families!

WARNING!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. RUN. Summary: Induced me into signing contract with a six week lead time, lied to me along the way to keep me from cancelling. 7 months later after I’d followed up a total of around 35 times through emails and calls, when prices for roofing materials went up and they saw I was not happy with being lied to and they needed to make it right, they cancelled the contract with me, leaving me to have to start from scratch with a new company. Their reasoning was that things had started on the wrong foot and they felt like they would probably just get worse. They accepted no responsibility for the fact that we were in this situation 100% because of them and that they lied to me (I have proof) about the job having already been started by the tile company when in fact it hadn’t. I now have to scramble to find a new roofer, but during all this, prices for roofing materials had gone way up in that period, and lead times are still high so I will be paying more for a roof and will need to wait at least another 3-4 more months. Meanwhile a small leak that existed when I signed the contract with them, which would have been fine had the roof been done in approx the time frame they originally quoted, ended up getting much worse. The water broke through the roof, gathered in the ceiling collecting mold, and eventually the ceiling gave way and it poured into onto the floor, ruining the floors. Everything has had to be cleared out of the room and is unusable until can have the new roof put on, and tarps don’t help because it’s a tile roof and the water pours in no matter what. Their ultimate response to all this was that that they saw the mess they were in, that tile prices had gone up and they wouldn’t make as much money on my job, was to cancel the contract and leave me high and dry. Clearly this is not their first rodeo with this based on the other complaints I read on Better Business Bureau, and I’m guessing most people don’t pursue them because of the cost involved. It sickens me that they know this and choose to use this against their consumers to avoid cleaning the messes they make. I’ve contacted an attorney and will be pursuing them, but hopefully anybody looking to use this company in future will read this and the other complaints on here and go elsewhere. FYI, The salesman was Chris, the project manager that lied to me about having already started on the roof’s name is Hector, and the GM who ultimately took no responsibility and cancelled the contract was Brian (who is apparently the brother of the owner). When I asked to speak to the owner, Brian told me that he was unwilling. Also, I have proof they lied to me about the tile already being in production for me when it wasn’t, and that I picked a color for the tile 7 month ago when at the last minute they tried to claim I hadn’t selected one yet.
