I researched numerous roofers before hiring Performance Roofing and I’m glad I did. Almost signed the contract of a competitor and I’d recommend everyone read the fine print before signing. Even Performance Roofing has language I asked to change and they accommodated so I was confident my property was protected. Communication: Performance was VERY communicative and responsive. From salesman to back office personnel they were extremely helpful. Workmanship: the installation crew I will admit was not the most attentive. There were some issues after they were done but the “A Team” crew that came out to fix what the install crew did wrong made up for it. Wish these two guys had been part of the installation. Advice to the homeowner, unfortunately you need to check the install after the installation crew leave, look for nails in the wrong place or damages that shouldn’t be there. Wish I didn’t have to follow them up but they fixed every issue I asked to address. The Job: every effort was taken to protect my property. Plastic and cloths were placed on all plants, driveway was protected from the garbage trailer, the property was cleared and magnets run for nails at the end of each day. Price: Performance was not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive but they had the most options of product. Overall I’d recommend Performance Roofing. No company is perfect but they are professional and will stand behind their job.

We are so impressed with not only the quality of the workmanship on our roof, but also the above-and-beyond mentality of the managers and crew at Performance Roofing! Peggy, Gary, and Franky were true blessings to our family and really took care of us at a time of need. My husband is a renal failure patient on dialysis and unable to work and I am am elementary school teacher. The crew was working on our roof when one of our underground pipes broke. Neither one of us knew what to do. What a blessing it was to have Gary and Franky offer their expertise to fix our pipe for us when they both had other places that they were to be that day. In addition, our roof was still completed the same day and looks FABULOUS!! We will never call another roofing company as long as Performance Roofing is around!

BEST ROOFING COMPANY EVER! Many thanks to Paul, Paige, Jessica, Peggy and everyone that worked hard on our house! Everyone at the company took their time to explain the process which was tremendously helpful. It took us 6 months to find a good roofing company after Hurricane Irma, not only everyone at Performace were attentive to our questions and concerns, they had our best interest in mind, provided us the best of price, quality as well as roofing selections. They also communicated every step of process and helped us understand the steps involved. After roof installation and completion, Peggy and Paul also went out of their way to acknowledge us some of the exterior wall issues that we need to take care of (which we had no idea) if it wasn’t for them letting us know. It was very difficult to find a trustworthy roofing company after Irma, but after meeting Paul and working with everyone at the office, I HIGHLY recommend Performace roofing for all your roofing needs. The team at Performance exceeded our expectations and saved our roof and our home.
