Had my roof replaced by Roof Army. Ruben Colon was the on-site supervisor and he was a pleasure to work with. Mr. Colon was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. He kept me updated during the entire process, and went above and beyond to make sure not only the job was done right but that I was happy with it. I had a wonderful experience with Roof Army from start to finish, and highly recommend them (especially if you can get Mr. Colon as your on-site supervisor).

Roof Army did a fantastic job with our roof. From the start, I was very pleased with Juan’s customer service and professionalism. He worked with the insurance company on my behalf and really helped me to understand all that needed to be done on my 25+ year old roof. When Roof Army arrived, I felt I was in great hands with Ruben Colon and his team. He kept me informed along the way about what needed to be done. When he encountered damaged areas on the roof, he texted me the pictures and would let me know what had to be done to ensure I had a top notch roof. His team covered my plants and left my yard and driveway free of debris once they left. I highly recommend Ruben and his team. It’s great to meet someone who is meticulous and really passionate about making sure you have a quality product that you can be proud of in the end. Ruben even gave me some good ideas on paint colors and trim that would make the house pop. Kudos to Reuben and Roof Army. Ruben is the man! Him and his team did an awesome job, even after some unexpected bumps. My roof was a gift and even though I wasn’t signing the dotted line, he respected that it was home. He took the time to go over everything they had done and what the plan was to continue. He even reassured my first time mom and dog mom paranoia by going the extra yards to ensure my house was clean and nail free. This company and Ruben specifically were already recommended to a coworker. Thanks for doing such an awesome job and keeping it timely even with unexpected bumps along the way from my old house.

Kevin McGraph was great. He found the leak in short order. With a serious rain imminent, he left to pick up roofing caulk at Home Depot and came back to fill the hole. He was professional, clean, and astute in his sleuth ability to track down the leak hole. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

He continued to be engaged throughout the project The crew was professional in their approach , working quickly and effectively to complete the project . The project manager , Reuben, was a pleasure to work with and kept me apprised of progress and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the job. Final cleanup was excellent. Highly recommend them.
