Jason and his crew did an amazing job replacing my roof. I called on a Tuesday, and since they were in the neighborhood on another project, they were able to fit me in right away. The job was done before the end of that week! The crew was very friendly and professional. When they were done, they cleaned up all of the debris, and you'd never known they were there. No response from Jason on a warranty claim after two emails and one phone call over the last couple months. The warranty issues were from an unfavorable inspector's evaluation of the roof's condition after being only 2 years old. The first owner already had to make one warranty claim within months of its original installation after there was a severe leak. I will re-evaluate this rating based on the actual work if they come out and fix the issue.
