Phoenix was installing new roofs in my complex. They took off all shingles, flashing and gutters. They left my roof uncovered, no tarp for a month. I had serious water damage which they denied and ignored. My insurance company said it was “cut and dried” case of a roof water leak. They issued a check. When I posted a review on the Better Business Bureau the CFO, Jonathan Hewitt said I was mentally ill, abusive and required a restraining order. He offered no specifics of these characteristics.
