In short, save yourself some stress and go somewhere else --look at how many one stars! Its a small island, word gets around. Ask at church, school. Bad experiences far outweigh the occasional good one. Poor communication and its never their fault. Poor follow through, never their fault. Place a lien on your house without telling you, Seven months and no one from Moore's has looked at the sprinkler or pavers their fork lift messed up. Act as your agent with the insurance company in their interests but when it comes it your interest they are not responsible, you should have known. I could go on and on. If there were this many one stars when I chose them, I would have walked. I don't write reviews even when I have a bad experience so for me to write one tells you volumes. I hope at some point that they realize that customer service and reputation is very important especially on a small island. If they don't change, they won't last.

Moore roofing did my roof and did an amazing job! Not only was my roof repair done in a timely manner, the employees where very friendly and more than helpful with any questions I had about my roof. They worked with my insurance company and made sure they where giving me the right amount of money and everything (also didn’t try to scam me for extra money) I don’t normally post reviews but I have heard a lot of bad rumors go around about this company and it’s employees so I thought I would share my experience.

They did not want to know us when they were busy with the hurricane damage, now its welcome to back Moore Roofing when their business is done and over? Sad.

STAY AWAY , if you actually ever get a live being to talk too, don't believe anything they say. They are hiring anyone with arms and legs after the storm. They do not want to do repairs only full roof jobs @ 4X what it should cost. Go north and find a decent roof company to do the work, they will be there quicker and priced fairly. Both of my neighbors got tired of Moore's BS and found a roofer in Naples and roofs are fixed now. Had to give one star and that is way too much.
