WOW! What a WONDERFUL contractor!! From start to finish, our roofing project went smoothly. Universal was easy to work with and everything got completed exactly when they said it would and the county inspections even were smooth....... in fact, it was well ahead of the projected schedule! I would HIGHLY recommend Universal to any homeowner who needs a new roof.

Prior to hiring Universal I did my due diligence in both Florida and their home state of Texas. As a result of my investigation, I had a high level of confidence and hired them to replace my roof which was severely damaged by Hurricane Irma. I made a good choice as Universal exceeded my expectations in every regard. They delivered on everything they promised, and when they recognized a homeowners association issue with a roof vent, they advised me and replaced it without any discussion. Their supervisor inspected the job several times a day and kept us up to speed on the progress. In summary, they did a great job. They delivered as promised. I highly recommend them.

Universal Contracting is an incredible company with an amazing reputation! My sales rep, James S - was easy to get ahold of throughout the entire build with any questions and/or concerns I had. The crew that completed my roof was extremely professional punctual, and work diligently throughout the day. They kept the job site clean at all times and did an amazing job! The office staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
