I have been dealing with coastal roofing and waterproofing since january 2018, ive had nothing but aggravation in dealing with the company and the foreman assigned to the claim they also have a co company called allphase located in arizona. permits with the city werent pulled on time and when they were posted they were never updated so the job was at a stand still for approval from buildings dept.. i even had to go to cape coral buildings dept to straighten out the mess in the paperwork. nothing like doing somebody else job , i had roof shingles sitting on top of my roof for a couple of months before the work was even started, go figure. the company has many bad reviews and the reviews speak for itself , my roof is now completed but i would never use or reccommend them to anybody, stand clear of this company, you will be glad you did.

The only reason that this company got one star is because negative stars are not available. This company epitomizes the saying the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They take advantage of people when they are in their weakest state. Making huge promises and not fulfilling any of them. Their biggest pitch is that they will be the ones fighting with your insurance for more money. LIES! I was the one that ended up fighting for more money. I was lied to multiple times. I was told that a permit was pulled and that it would take a week until they were out on my property. I called the county and found out that the permit had not even been pulled and that they were waiting on the company to submit additional information. It was a year of dealing with lies and frustration. They tell you in the beginning you can pay in increments, but then push for full payment. I put half down to get the job started, which let me tell you was a nice chunk of money. When all of the roof was finished I get an email saying we owed the FULL amount! I called my insurance company who the check was through and they said that Coastal had already cashed it. I informed Coastal that no, they in fact had the money. They said sorry we found your money and, we had a change in office personnel. I had so many other issues with them that I will not even go into. I feel so sorry for elderly people that probably get swindled by these crooks. Do yourself the biggest favor and run as far as you can from these people. I will say that Raquel the office manager did help me and listened to my frustrations. That was about the only good thing.

Coastal roofing & Waterproofing damaged our lanai back in May 2018 while removing the old house roof & flashing. It poured rain inside our lanai all summer long, damaging the hot tub cover which we had to replace and soaking our furniture & carpet. They tried unsuccessfully to fix it July 6th and have made NO attempts to fix it in the last 6 months after. Our calls, e-mails & texts go unanswered. They also installed the wrong gutters, covering the flood lights & security camera in early summer. Those gutters have yet to be replaced. They were also supposed to fix the soffit & fascia which is in the contract. They have abandoned our work contract and their damage to our home for the last 6 months. I can’t get any answers from them. I have no idea how they got a BBB accreditation . This is the worst & most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with!

They tell you that they are experts in handling you claim because they know the ins and outs of doing business with insurance companies and have knowledge of local laws. You wind up waiting for updates on their progress and when you inquire you find out there is no progress and then you get an endless amount of finger pointing and finally the task of getting things done is dropped in your lap.
