Excellent service from beginning to end. Tony and his staff were professional, clear and upfront about everything, and worked with me to get our house done when we were up against a deadline. They are very busy, and that is a good review in itself, but they made sure to get our job done on time and without any hidden charges or shady business.

At this time I’m very please with there service and have no reason to think that might change. They responded quickly for request for a quote, everything was explained in detail and the quoted price was right on. The roof was installed in the time the stated and professionally done. I would highly recommend them. Excellent job. Further every employ I talked was friendly and helpful.

Bad experience with this company. Terrible at communicating and ended up not going with them because they wouldn’t work with my insurance company to get a check. In response back to the owner’s slander. Please do not throw words around like “fraud” lightly. Your reply about me is a defamation of my character and I do not appreciate it. My critique is accurate of my terrible experience with your company. I believe you are confused as to what my situation was... maybe because there was little to no contact from your employees unless I called over and over again. We went with another company that came in and replaced our roof within two weeks compared to your quote of 3 months and for a cheaper price using the same product. They also followed all the laws and regulations required by the insurance company to get the check cashed so they could be paid. Their representative came by our house, signed paper work, pulled permits and had all necessary documents into our insurance company within 2 days without ANY prompting or calls from us to do so. The end of the following week supplies were delivered and our roof was finished that weekend. Please take this as an opportunity to improve your customer service and be happy that after two years of severe Irma damage, my family finally has a new roof.

I had five roofing estimates . Direct Metal Roofing was My final choice. From my very first phone call the staff in the office has always been professional caring and friendly . . From the first person I met the sales person was very professional friendly and knowledgeable . I must give him do credit because he did have the information that helped make my final decision with hiring Direct Meatal Roofing. To meeting my construction manager Ethan.He Was on top of his job from day one . It was not hard to get a hold of him and was here on the job site quite often which was impressive . I cannot say enough good about this company I had a very good experience with the entire company.I would highly recommend them rather being a shingle roof or a metal roof. Having been in the construction world myself there are a few things people need to take in consideration when having construction done to their home . There can be many delays. Being born in Florida it’s a given fact it rains a lot .Although Florida needs the rain it really hinders the construction industry For you cannot work on a roof in the rain or tear off and leave it exposed because rain is coming, they’re very limited and controlling Mother Nature . There were delays in starting my home . But was obvious due to prior weeks of rain. If you’re considering a roof just know there are somethings out of their control that cause”s delays .
