Total Home Roofing completed our roof replacement from the freakish hail storm we experienced in a just a few days. Everyone we dealt with, from Edgar's evaluation of the damage and handling of all insurance details, to Eduardo in the field and the hard-working crew, was courteous and professional. The communication was excellent, and they followed up quickly to answer any questions we had during the process. How refreshing to deal with a company that takes pride in exceptional work and truly understands what "customer satisfaction" is all about!

These guys rock! Our sales rep Edgar help us set everything up and facilitated everything. He even put a rush on the job and the roofing crew was out in about two weeks from the day we signed the contract. The crew themselves were quick and did a good job. It only took about two days to throw the roof on and about an hour to clean it all up the next day. They also do financing with only a 10% interest charge which isn’t too bad.

From the first phone call to meeting Travis to get our estimate on the tear off and new installation the entire process was painless. This company goes above and beyond to make certain that their customers are completely satisfied. The follow up from supervisors to finance and scheduling. I am lost for words on how professional and courteous they treated me I would highly recommend total home to everyone looking for construction work in the near-future.
