First of all, the employee that performed the work took several days to complete the job in which I was initially told would only take approximately 1 day. Secondly, while in the process of repairing an area of shingles, he found an small area structure that needed minor repair. He immediately informed me that there is an absolute minimum charge for structure repair no matter how small it is. The minimum price he charged for the small repair was $1500.00 and only took approximately 3 additional hours to repair. There was nothing I could do since my roof was exposed. So I became a victim of his price gouging. In the end, he guaranteed his work and promised to come back if there were any problems. Well, after the first hard rain, all the areas that I originally wanted fixed, had leaked. I have tried repeatedly to call them...have left multiple voicemails but have had no response. DO NOT USE ED CLARK ROOFING!

I hope no one goes through what I did with Ed Clark Roofing. Please, do yourself a favor and read all the complaints about them on Google or BBB before you make a decision. 1 star because there is nothing lower!

Do NOT use this company. Signed a contract on March 8, 2018. Gave them over $5000.00 deposit. By mid July and tons of excuses told them to cancel the job and return my deposit. I was informed that I needed to provide them with a copy of my cancelled check tor receive my deposit back!!!! WHAT????? They can't look back by date, name and check # to see that I gave them a deposit? This alone is very scary. Just praying I get my money back.

You won't find a worst company than this one. It took them over 2 months to finish my roof. At the end I had to hire someone else to come and correct the problems they never fixed. A friend of mine told me many years ago to never do business with older people that are close to retirement or retired, the reason being, they are on the way out and therefore have no incentive to build/maintain a business.....I guess my friend was right.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They started a job on 1/04/2018 and we are still not completed. They removed my skylight and tried to clean it up and put it back on and claim it as new. I'm sorry but that is FRAUD! The co owner Sam Denton cussed out my wife and myself. Every employee with this company is a liar. We currently had a leak. The new person in charge, Darryl, can not even tarp a roof with out it coming off, this should speak volumes to the fact they have no clue what they are doing. We have now several thousand dollars in damages, no employee to do repairs, and no owner to answer. The company claims they have exhausted all means, except they won't answer the phone, return calls, answer emails, or even accept certified mail. THAT IS RIGHT, THEY REFUSED 3 CERTIFIED LETTERS. Again I highly do not recommend this company.
