I truly will be honest about my new roof. I had an original roof from 1991, which I am the original owner. I received many estimates from many roofers; however, the key determining factor was Latite has many teams of roofers, who are "ALL" employees of Latite. Not like other roofers who sub the work out, which you never know who is on your roof. In my case, this great team of workers/employees treated my home as though they were placing a new roof on their homes. The employees worked very hard and in a timely manner. The only thing that could hold a job back is two things: weather, and obtaining tile from a third party. I will say that I had some major rain, but it proved the roof was secure from leaks and other possible issues. These workers made sure my roof was weathered in prior to the tile being delivered. Once the tile was delivered, it was a few days and they started to install the tiles. I will say this: Latite is not like the other roof companies, as I would see my neighbors with tiles laying on the roof for months before the install. I would also see the roof bare for months prior to tile delivery . . . So, I can say, GO WITH LATITE if you want it done right and in a timely manner. My roof looks amazing . . . and a big issue was clean up. They left my property clean and safe from debris every time . . . again, they treated my home as if it was their homes. My neighbor across the street just signed a contract with them because they were that impressed. An organization that has all their employees is better than a company who looks for people from the outside that might not be a true roofer . . . do your research like I did and choose Latite . . . I am a researcher and did look deep into every roofer. Thank you for reading.

I am a board member for a complex in West Palm (272 townhouses). We had Latite install approximately 20 roofs after the last hurricane. Great job!!!! I really wanted Latite to take care of my roof. The work was done yesterday and the men that came worked extremely hard for a number of hours. I feel confident in their work as Latite did install 20 roofs in our complex after Wilma with great success. After a number of years I only needed repair no leaks. Thank you.

I needed a new re-roofing with shingles. From beginning to end, everyone I worked with at Latite Roofing went above and beyond to ensure my roof was completed in a timely and professional manner. Steve, Paula, and Chuck were always available by phone or e-mail to answer any questions and inform me the next step in the process. The workers arrived on time and wasted no time going to work. They were always polite and very knowledgeable concerning their procedures. They were respectful of my property and debris was cleaned completely each day. My roof looks spectacular and I receive many compliments from friends and neighbors. I am extremely satisfied. Definitely a five star experience!

We had Latite replace the aging roof on our home in Coral Springs just this past year. They did a great job. Finished product is clean, great looking and of course water-tight. Crews were efficient and respectful. Job site was always clean. Crews protected the driveway, house and screened lanai with plywood. Very happy! We highly recommend.

The job was completed without a single fault in any of the process that I can find, this is a professional outfit and I highly recommend Latite. If you need more information keep reading. The contract was explained emphatically at our house and the job happened exactly as it was explained. A team of men came to my house and for the next few weeks proceeded remove the old roof and skyline, fix all the leak areas, and re-roof. These men are hardworking professional men who were respectful to a fault, to my neighbors too. It was truly humbling to watch them work. They even went above and beyond to recover some of the old tiles for my neighbor. My wife and I provided water and Gatorade every day at the site, it was appreciated by the guys, it was the least we could do for the quality job they were doing. There were some questions we had during the build and every one of them was answered very promptly by Paula who was our liaison to the process. She relieved any concerns we had during the entire process and did so with a sweet personality. I hope the boss reads this to reinforce what a excellent team worked on my home.
