Oscar’s response was fast and very professional. He arrived on time. The issue turned out to be just a tile which had slid down off its position. Oscar solved it quickly and at no cost to us. This was very professional and honest of him. We highly recommend him and his great customer service. We plan to call him first whenever there’s any issue with our roof.
