Dealt with Larry Litberg at S. CA Construction...honorable, professional and outside the box thinker who makes things happen and ensures satisfaction in a project. Wish him much success! Bradford & Barthel, LLP. T. Ahmed.

This company is a joke! They (PHIL) left an extremely rude, insulting letter on my door then asked for my business? What? There is one thing that they got right on their little flyer...”We are NOT good, we are NOT great” PERIOD. Do not support this incredibly disrespectful business and jerk of an employee, Phil. I will be working to file a complaint and contact the BBB.

INTEGRITY....That is how I define this company. I have read some of the reviews and it is like they are describing another outfit entirely. Firstly every call and every email is promptly dealt with usually within minutes. Mike and Roee are as nice as nice can be. They are knowledgeable about the work and they give you a reasonable estimate and they stand behind it. Their contract says what they are to do and what they are not doing, so it is clear. It also says "no add ons," which means that if the job requires unanticipated work hours or upgraded or additional materials, they do not charge you extra. I had a foundation sag that had to be raised and reinforced. I had a specialist do that work. After the lift, the abrupt lift cracked a part of a granite counter top, a lazy Susan and skewed 18 interior door frames. I hired SCCI to replace the interior door frames, removed 2 windows and a door and replace it with a 8x16 foot sliding glass door, remove the marble flooring, replace the baseboards and door moldings, re-frame the kitchen island, and create a custom cabinet to match the other stained cabinets in the kitchen to replace the cracked lazy Susan. When we had our own engineer draw up plans for the sliding glass door installation (because it changed the bearing wall), the engineer wanted certain things unanticipated and ultimately much more expensive. SCCCI absorbed the extra cost and never asked for a dime more. I have worked with contractors in the past, but if something like this were to happen, my past contractors would want more money and I would understand. But SCCCI stands behind their original quote. Oh and yes, by the way the work is perfect.

I got a quote from this company over a year ago for windows. Did not end up using them. They still call me almost every day. They are on my block list so I don't actually get the calls but just the fact that they harass their customers endlessly is not how you should be doing business.

We recently hired SCCCI for a project to have our flat roof redone and add ventilation and electrical work on our nursery room. From the start, we found the owner, Mike Litberg to be very personable, knowledgeable and competitive in his pricing. I have to say, we've been completely thrilled with the results of working with SCCCI on our home. They did an excellent job and even went above and beyond on other projects that arose at no additional charge. Their communication throughout the project was top notch and we felt very comfortable with them during the whole experience. Not only would I hire SCCCI again, but I would also strongly recommend them to anyone.
