They came out on Monday to clean our roof that had moss and crud that had built up over the past 10 years. Jessie, our service technician, was professional, and personable. We did a walk through/around and he was great, understanding that our house is important to us. When they were done our house looked great, and didn't have stuff growing on the roof. Our neighbor liked the work, and Jessie was approachable enough, that he talked to Jessie, asked him questions, and made an appointment for service as well. Great experience, great work. I highly recommend Pinnacle.

I've use Pinnacle twice now to clean my concrete decks, driveways and brick retaining walls. They do a terrific job and I'd highly recommend them. From scheduling to payment and all the cleaning in between, they are thorough and professional. Jessie did a great job!

Reasonably priced but I only received one other quote. Guys were on time (early) and personable. Inspected the tiles to be sure none were cracked and confirmed that’s how they finished. They did a great job. My roof looks 100 times better.

We have a 25 year old stucco home, which we have never had professionally cleaned. The stucco is light in color and had many stains. Some were very dark with streaks running under the window ledges. Jessie from Pinnacle did a superb job! I could not be more pleased!
