Roof looks great but NOT happy with price. I got an estimate for $8510.. The started work and I got a call that I needed a "few" more boards. I figured ok couple hundred dollars more. NOPE! I get my final bill for a few more boards and my bill is now over $1000.00 more for those few extra boards. No warning...I had saved for quite a while for quite a while to come up with $8500. BEWARE

I had my roof replaced by kontos in march 2018. 5 companies gave me quotes, kontos was right in the middle. Roof looks good. I had a leak on my flat roof near a chimney. They came out and did their due diligence and checked the roof and made any repairs that may have been causing the leak. I appreciate them doing this so quickly and without any fuss. Hopefully issue is solved. If not i am sure they will show they are a great company like they have so far and continue to diagnose and try and fix the problem while under a workmanship warranty. With so many bad companies out there with poor practice i am happy so far with what i have seen.

Absolutely terrible service. Took 4 months to put the roof on my house after tearing out the old one and drying it in. Left me in this condition during hurricane season and I was unable to get insurance because I had no roof. There was never communication initiated on their part. If I contacted them, SOMETIMES they would respond. Blamed the delay on tile order being backed up 4 to 6 weeks. This still does not explain the four month completion time. TONS of roofers out there. Stay far away from this incompetent bunch! They don't even deserve one star.
