I felt like I needed to write a review on the Amazing job that Universal Roofing Inc did on my roof. From the moment of first contact until the very end, the communication was always excellent! Universal Roofing explained to me the entire process and EVERY step of the way throughout the ordeal! I want to say thank you to Benjamin, Tracy, and Lori who explained and had open communication throughout the entire re-Roofing of my home. I rate them all a 10/10! I believe it’s of upmost importance that companies such as Universal has open communication with their customers. I’m the type that wants to know every step of the way. And I’m extremely satisfied! Everyone is very knowledgeable and kind. All the workers were courteous and friendly. And my new roof looks absolutely FANTASTIC! I highly recommend Universal Roofing Inc!
