My experience with Chesapeake Property Services has been amazing from start to finish. Gus helped me on the phone with clear guidance and questions, receiving my photos and pricing everything for me, and explaining everything to me. I had the entire house power washed, including roof, siding, concrete foundation, large wooden deck, swimming pool deck, and front porch/sidewalk. We also had the gutters cleaned. The crew showed up to work and were very professional and VERY hard workers. Elder led the crew and communicated well with me. I was going to tell him all the details, but he already knew them from Gus. That showed me that this company has its act together! The crew did a fantastic job at the actual power washing, for a good price too. There was only one small spot I found under an eave that didn't come clean, and when I told Gus, he said they would take care of it. The amazing thing was how they cleaned up after themselves too!! I highly recommend Chesapeake Property Services. They will be getting all my future business for sure!!

Chesapeake property services gave me a fair quote on gutter cleaning, came out promptly to do the work, and left a summary of the work completed and the condition of the gutters. I really appreciate that I was able to communicate with them by email and that I didn't have to be home for the cleaning, which made the process very convenient. I will be doing business with them again and recommending them to others.

Extremely professional company. After they cleaned my roof, they cleaned up after themselves as well. They blew off the deck and front porch. They went above and beyond what I could have expected, and I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I can’t say enough great things about Chesapeke I called them out to clean my gutters I didn’t realize how bad they really were until they clean them out. The crew did a great job and cleaning up when they were done. Hard to find companies that offer this level of service now a days I have used others and they don’t even come close. Chesapeake Property Services did a great job cleaning out the clogged up overflowing rain gutters on our house. They are also going to do repairs to the gutters for us. We will have them back regularly to maintain the property. Great job and great price.
