Customer service is terrible. Try to call, get no answer so I gave up on calling at all and emailed. I had to send 3 emails over a couple weeks before I even got an answer. They never gave us the paperwork after they finished our roof last year. They finally give me the paperwork and it was literally just written up that day. I asked what happened to the original paperwork and never got an answer. They filled in random names of people who didn't even work on our roof. But the bigger issue was the fact that they tried to charge us for the drip edge when the drip wdge was never done (this was caught right after they finished our roof). We were not the only ones who had this issue. If you don't say hey why did I get charged for this when you didn't do it, they will happily keep that money. We were charged for more sheeting than was used on our roof (didn't know this until we got our actual invoice). The guy we worked with treated me like I was stupid. Also did the same to our neighbor's wife. They found it appropriate to show up at 9 PM knowing we have littles. He said the cost was x amount PLUS our deductible. I said no it's not plus, you subtract the deductible from the total. He argued because he wanted to get the roof started. It was late, I was not in the mood to deal with him. I told him no one is touching the roof until I speak with our insurance agent. After that all gets cleared up, they were told they could proceed just let us know what day they'd be here. We get a call as we are an hour and a half out of town that they were doing our roof that day! They knew we were going to be gone that day. We get back just as they finished up. The crew deserves 5 stars because they were great. They cleaned up and you would never have known they were there. Very polite and professional. I could go on and on about the other issues but you get the point. Customer service is terrible. I was as patient as one could be dealing with them. I also don't expect them to stand behind the roof if we have problems down the road even though they claim they will. Just the vibes they give off that they really don't care one way or another.

I have never found a better roofing company. This company buys materials locally, offers the best warranty I have ever heard of, and the best customer service! Roof Guard treats your home like it was their home!

Aaron and his team were timely and professional from quote to final walk-thru. They were there to answer my questions every step of the way and even worked with my insurance company to make the process as painless as possible.
