Brother-in-law, Rezo, is one of the biggest liars I have encountered. Gives SE Florida residents a bad name. However, the company and its other employees are excellent. They do great work. Get rid of the liar and I would provide a higher rating. In response to the owners reply, Dimitri was full aware of the dishonesty of his brother-in-law. Lie #1 Rezo lied about his company using old tiles. Rezo told me they were going to remove my old tiles and use them for repairs on homes in Miami that’s why he was able to give me a lower price than two local competitors. Lie #2, Rezo told me the tiles on his brochure were readily available, they weren’t, that is why we had to select a different tile. There are several more lies from Rezo. Like I say, the company, outside of Rezo, is very good.
