Solis Roofing is the most trustworthy roofing company. I had several companies come by trying to get me to replace my roof, but I wasn't comfortable with them. Solus Roofing did a great job and I recommend them to any of my customers who need their services.

Disappointed. Javier and his team installed a new roof on my house less than 4 years ago. The process seemed to go smoothly and I didn't have any complaints. Fast Forward to early this year and there appeared a leak in my sunroom roof, right near where the regular roof and flatroof meet (both were brand new when the roof was replaced). I called Javier who came out took a look and said it just needed some extra caulking at one of the joints. He took care of it and said it was fixed, no charge. (The roof was given a 10-yr warranty). When I called him back the next time it rained and I noticed that it was still leaking, he initially didn't respond. Then when I spoke to him, he basically told me there was nothing he could do for me - all warranties were void after the big storms (which was 18 mos prior). I argued that my roof was not damaged in the storms, indeed showed no damage at all, and that regardless I needed the leak fixed. He kept saying he couldn't help me. I asked him to let me know WHEN he could come take a look so that I could at least get it fixed - he just kept saying "I don't know" and hung up. That was 3 weeks ago - Now I have to find a new roofing company. I can't endorse people who won't stand behind their work. Even if he had come out and found the problem and said - it will cost "blank" number of dollars to fix - I could have worked with that. But this is unprofessional behavior and not acceptable in my eyes.
