Took forever to get an estimate. Once agreed, the work started and the local supervisor quit - no supervision of installation. Great thing was that the regional guy found the problems when inspected after completion. They came back and fixed it quickly. First big rain we had a leak. Regional guy came back out to check and apologized that they missed rotten wood. He said they would be out to do repairs. We went up on the roof and found more rotten wood than was discussed that needed replacement. We contacted them and they sent someone to cover the chimney so it would not leak until they could return for repairs. We waited and waited for them to return. It took a call to corporate to get them to come back out and make repairs. They did not get all of it the first time and we had to call to get them to come back and finish yet again. Total process took almost five months.

These guys are great.... Drove supplies down from GA after Hurricane Michael just to get out house up-to-speed. Thankful for their dedication and keeping their word. Highly recommend!

David and his team at Cool Roofing Company did an excellent job for a single family house in Atlanta. I am the owner and architect for the house which has a very complicated roof form. David worked with me closely and developed all of the details for constructions. Since I was managing the project from a distance, David sent me regular updates of pictures. The craft was perfect! We were very pleased with outcome. A few months after construction we had a tiny leak which would happen during intense storms. David came out, identified the leak, and repaired roof immediately. I am thankful for his craftsmanship and professionalism.
