Someone rang our doorbell to ask if we'd be interested in having our roof checked to see if it had been damaged by a hail storm that passed through our neighborhood in March of last year. The certified assessor who came to check the roof said there was evidence of damage. They reported the damage to our insurance carrier who denied the claim. Amazingly, Apex's legal team presented a compelling case and reached a settlement with our insurance company. We now have a beautiful and sound roof. Every single person from Apex -- from the woman who assessed damage, through agent who provided us with samples to select our roof tiles, the worker teams who removed/replaced the roof, restored fascia and replaced the gutters was personable, skilled, truly committed to doing a good job for us. An example of making the process go smoothly for us: the agent gave us not only a board with roof tile color samples, he gave us a list of houses with addresses and the color tile installed so we could go look at roofs with the colors we considered to see what they actually looked like. After looking at these "real roofs" we had no trouble settling on the one we wanted. It looks great! Thank you, everybody at Apex.

I didn't even know I had hail damage! I live in Winter Park and noticed several new roofs being installed in my immediate neighborhood. I inquired and was informed that there had been a damaging hailstorm on March 20th of last year. Their certified roof inspector verified that I did indeed have hail damage on my roof. I filed a claim and my insurance company denied the claim stating it was just "wear and tear" and not covered. I was amazed that the legal team at Apex went to bat for me and I now have a beautiful new roof. The work crews were all excellent skilled installers. I had an issue after the installation with a corner on my fascia. Apex sent a team of three workers who did an incredibly good job of fixing the problem. This was done the "right way" they removed a portion of the new roof and the metal drip rail. they replaced the problem wood and resealed everything. Beautiful mitered corners and they were just using a handheld circular saw. Impressive craftsmanship and no extra or hidden charges. I will post photos of the new roof as soon as I am finished painting. I can't say I have had a lot of new roofs in my life, but this is the best one I have ever had.
